Acceptable Use Policy
These rules apply to uploads, prompts, generated audio, accounts, billing and access to TorinTeo Sound.

Lawful use
Do not use TorinTeo Sound to create, upload, request, transform or distribute illegal, abusive, exploitative, fraudulent, malicious or deliberately deceptive material.
Music, recordings and third-party rights
Do not upload, remix, transform, clone or distribute music, vocals, samples, recordings, lyrics, names, likenesses, trademarks or other protected material unless you have the rights or permissions required for that use. Do not present generated work as an authorised recording, endorsement or performance by another person where that would be misleading or unlawful.
Fraud, impersonation and harmful content
Do not use Sound for scams, credential theft, malware, impersonation without authority, deceptive commercial claims, harassment, threats or content intended to facilitate serious real-world harm.
Platform, billing and security misuse
Do not attempt to bypass authentication, file ownership checks, memberships, credits, reservations, quotas, rate limits, provider restrictions, moderation or other security controls. Do not probe, exploit or interfere with TorinTeo Sound or connected services in a way that threatens the service, other users or third-party systems.
Automated or high-volume abuse
Do not use the service to generate abusive high-volume requests, evade provider enforcement or create workloads intended to disrupt the app or its connected providers.
Enforcement
TorinTeo Sound may block a request, restrict a feature or suspend access where use appears to breach this policy, the Terms & Conditions, applicable law, third-party provider rules or the security of the service.
