These terms apply to your use of Beat Clone and its music-generation workspace.

Your account

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure.

Your uploads

Only upload audio and other material that you own or have permission to use. You remain responsible for the material you provide to Beat Clone.

Generated output

Generation availability depends on your active plan, remaining allowance and the availability of the underlying generation services. Generated files are delivered through your private Beat Clone workspace.

Payments

Paid generation access is linked to the membership or purchase option shown at checkout. Pricing and allowances shown before payment form part of the purchase you make.

Service availability

Beat Clone may be updated, maintained or temporarily unavailable. We may make changes required for security, reliability, provider compatibility or legal compliance.
