Using TorinTeo Sound

TorinTeo Sound provides music and audio creation workflows including Sound Effects, Full Track Transform, Vocal Remix, uploaded music projects, saved generation history, downloads, membership and credits. You agree to use the service only for lawful personal, creative or business purposes and in accordance with these terms.

Accounts and private workspace

You are responsible for your account credentials and activity carried out through your account. Source uploads, project records and generated audio are associated with the authenticated account and are intended to remain inside the private Sound workspace unless a feature clearly says otherwise.

Uploads, music rights and permissions

Only upload, transform, remix or generate from audio, lyrics, vocals, samples, recordings, names, likenesses or other material that you own or are authorised to use. You remain responsible for the source material you provide and for checking whether your intended output and commercial use require licences, clearances, permissions or attribution.

AI-generated audio and review

Generated audio can be unexpected, imperfect, similar in style to material in provider training or unsuitable for your intended use. Review every output before publishing, distributing, licensing or selling it. TorinTeo Sound does not guarantee that an output is unique, non-infringing, commercially suitable or accepted by a distributor, platform or collecting society.

Credits, memberships and charged actions

Some Sound actions require credits, an active membership or both. The current in-app cost shown for an action applies when that action is started. Credit costs, plan allowances and feature availability may change for future actions as providers and product capabilities change.

Some generation workflows reserve credits while processing. A completed chargeable output can consume the reservation. Failed, expired or incomplete jobs may release or refund reserved credits according to the recorded workflow state.

Service providers and availability

TorinTeo Sound relies on third-party services for functions such as authentication, storage, payments, hosting and audio generation. Provider delays, maintenance, policy changes, rate limits or outages can affect availability and processing time. TorinTeo Sound does not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every generation request will complete successfully.

Prohibited use

You may not use TorinTeo Sound for illegal, abusive, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing or malicious activity, or to impersonate another person without authority. You may not attempt to bypass authentication, ownership checks, subscriptions, credits, rate limits, provider restrictions or security controls.

Liability, suspension and statutory rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TorinTeo Sound is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by your content choices, rights clearances, third-party provider decisions or failures outside the service's reasonable control.

Access may be restricted or suspended where use appears to breach these terms, create legal or security risk, bypass billing or permissions, or threaten the service or other users. These terms may be updated as the product, providers or applicable requirements change.
