Refund / Credit Policy
This policy explains how TorinTeo Sound handles generation credits, reservations, failed jobs, memberships and billing reviews.

Credit costs
TorinTeo Sound uses credits for chargeable generation actions. The current in-app credit cost shown for the requested action applies when that action is started. Where an action creates more than one output, the total charge can reflect the number of requested outputs.
Reservations and completed generations
Some workflows reserve credits while a generation is processing. A reservation is not the same as a completed charge. When the chargeable output completes, the relevant reservation can be consumed. A completed generation may still consume its displayed credit cost even if you later decide not to use the output.
Failed, expired or incomplete jobs
When a generation reaches a qualifying failed, expired or incomplete state before the paid result is supplied, reserved credits may be released or refunded according to the recorded job state. Provider failures, duplicate requests or inconsistent credit records can be reviewed through support.
Memberships and payments
Membership cancellation, renewal and refund eligibility depend on what was purchased, the service already supplied, the payment status, the checkout terms and any rights that apply under law. Cancelling future renewal does not automatically reverse generations or credits that were already validly used.
Billing or credit errors
If you believe credits were consumed twice, a failed reservation was not released, a payment was duplicated or a membership was applied incorrectly, use Contact Support in Settings and include the approximate time, project or generation details and any relevant transaction information. Do not send passwords or secret keys.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy removes consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Refund, repeat-performance, credit restoration or other remedies depend on the circumstances of the purchase or service, the recorded failure state and applicable law.
