Information TorinTeo Sound processes

TorinTeo Sound may process account and profile information such as your email address, authentication identifiers, membership status, credit balance, preferences, support messages and security events. When you use production tools, the service may also process prompts, uploaded source audio, generated audio, project metadata, generation settings, provider job state, downloads and usage records.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate users, operate the private music workspace, store and retrieve projects, submit requested audio generation, deliver generated files, manage memberships and credits, provide support, diagnose failures, prevent misuse and keep billing or security records.

Where UK data protection law applies, the lawful basis depends on the activity and may include providing the requested service under a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where consent is required.

Audio, projects and generation providers

Source audio and the instructions needed for a requested generation may be sent to the audio-generation provider selected by the Sound workflow. Generated files, previews and project records may be stored in the service's database or private object storage so you can return to saved work. Providers process information according to the role they perform and their own applicable terms and privacy practices.

Payments, memberships and credits

Payment details may be collected and processed by the payment provider rather than stored directly by TorinTeo Sound. The service may keep membership status, plan identifiers, payment or subscription references, credit reservations, consumed or refunded credit events and related support records needed to provide paid access and reconcile account activity.

Cookies, local storage and device information

TorinTeo Sound uses essential cookies or similar storage for sign-in, session continuity, security and core app operation. The cookie-consent choice is stored in a first-party cookie for up to 180 days. Optional analytics/performance storage remains denied unless you allow it through Cookie settings. Marketing cookies are not currently used by the Sound app.

Some device-only preferences, such as notification choices or prompt-history preferences, may be stored in browser storage on that device rather than as account-wide settings.

Retention and security

Information is kept for as long as reasonably needed to provide the relevant account, project, generation, membership, billing, security or support function, and for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute requirements where applicable. Different records can therefore have different retention periods.

TorinTeo Sound uses authenticated access, ownership checks and protected storage intended to reduce unauthorised access to private files and account data, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and data rights

Settings lets you manage available device preferences and optional cookie choices. Depending on the law that applies, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Use the Contact Support form in Settings for privacy requests.

If UK data protection law applies, you may also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Changes to this privacy information

This Privacy Policy may be updated when Sound features, data uses, providers or legal requirements change. Material new uses of personal information should be made clear before or when those uses apply, as required by applicable law.
