AI-assisted features
TorinTeo Sound provides AI-assisted audio creation and transformation features, including Sound Effects, Full Track Transform, Vocal Remix and related generation workflows. These features can produce probabilistic or synthetic outputs rather than independently verified facts or guaranteed production outcomes. Review outputs before relying on, publishing or distributing them.
Synthetic and manipulated content disclosures
Some TorinTeo Sound outputs may be wholly or partly generated or manipulated using AI. Where an applicable law, platform rule or other binding requirement requires a disclosure for the way particular audio is published or distributed, the person choosing to publish or distribute that content must make and preserve the required disclosure. Requirements can differ according to the nature of the audio, territory, audience, whether a real person or voice is represented, the purpose of publication, and whether meaningful human review or editorial control applies.
Provenance, labels and technical markers
TorinTeo Sound may preserve, pass through or apply provider-supplied or platform-supported provenance information, metadata, labels or other technical indicators where available or where the relevant workflow requires them. Do not intentionally remove, falsify or evade a disclosure or technical indicator where keeping it is required by law or by the destination platform. The presence or absence of a label or technical marker is not a guarantee that audio is accurate, authentic, rights-cleared or suitable for a particular use.
AI providers and information sent for generation
To perform a requested AI or media workflow, TorinTeo Sound may send the prompt, selected source audio, reference assets, relevant project context, generation settings and the minimum operational information needed for that request to the configured AI or media provider. Different providers and service configurations can have different processing and retention arrangements. TorinTeo Sound's Privacy Policy continues to govern TorinTeo Sound's handling of personal information, while a provider's handling of information it receives is also subject to the provider arrangement and rules applicable to that service.
Training, fine-tuning and materially different uses
Using TorinTeo Sound does not by itself give TorinTeo Sound unrestricted rights to repurpose customer prompts, source audio, uploads or generated outputs for unrelated model-training or fine-tuning purposes. Any materially different use of personal information for model development, training or fine-tuning is subject to the Privacy Policy, the rights actually granted under the applicable terms and provider arrangements, and any data-protection requirements that apply before that different use begins.
Publication responsibility and legal scope
TorinTeo Sound provides tools for creating and processing audio; the user chooses whether, where and how an output is published or distributed. Before publication, check any disclosure, advertising, intellectual-property, privacy, likeness, voice, consumer-protection, professional or platform requirements that apply to that use. Nothing in this policy removes any right or obligation that applicable law says cannot be excluded, limited or transferred.
